Predictability Pay - TA Advanced
In the 5.60 Released we introduced the functionality for employees who receive predictability pay will receive whichever pay is higher between their minimum wage and the job rate. This only true for customer using TA Advanced. After release 5.62 employees will receive the higher pay for predictability pay regardless if the customer is using TA Advanced.
Predictability pay will also appear within the reporting as a Pay Adjustment.
Also, with this release, effective dated pay type transitions (HOURLY Employee changed to SALARY or SALARY Employee change to HOURLY); will be used when reporting labor costs to the Fourth Analytics dashboards. Customers with Fourth Analytics who are not integrated with the HR platform but use pay type transitions are not affected by this update.
