Enhancements

The HS Payroll Report in Staff> Punch Records> Reports has a few additions to help with the reporting around Meals and Breaks.

This includes two new row types found within column H, "M" - Unpaid Meal & "BR" - Paid Break onto the payroll report. This will display a breakdown of the meals and breaks by chronological order.

It will display the in and out time stamps along with the total duration.

For customers using CA MBP/ Special Pay and if you are configured as such, you will notice a difference with the payroll export and how the meals and breaks are shown.

Below are different versions of the HS Payroll Export and the before and after abbreviations for various payroll providers.

The main differences you will notice are the Abbreviations changing from:

• SP (Special Pay) to PAYADJ (Pay Adjustment)
• S (Special) to (MBP)
