Overview
Overtime rules can be assigned at both the location and employee level within ASC. This allows organizations to apply employee-specific overtime rules while maintaining a default rule at the location level.
Assigning Overtime Rules to Employees
Overtime rules are assigned within the employee profile at the employee’s home location.
To assign an overtime rule:
- Navigate to ASC and select the Configure tab.
- Under HS Permission Sets select Employee.
- Select an Employee and then the Staff tab.
Locate the Edit Custom OT Rule field.
Available overtime rules reflect those assigned to the employee’s home location.
