If your company syncs sales data from either Aloha or Squirrel POS, the Tips & Sales Automated Report will be available for Above Store users with the necessary permissions. This report will provide a detailed view of employees’ cash and credit tips, their sales, their tip percentage, and the variance between cash and credit tips.
To run the report navigate to Reports > Automated Reports in the Above Store Console, then select Tips and Sales Report in the report selector.
The default is “No Jobs Selected,” but selecting at least one is required to configure the report. Simply select the Job(s) from the dropdown. When four or fewer Jobs are selected, they will be listed, but any amount over five will display the number selected.
When configuring the report in the ASC, there is a Variance field to filter out employees below a specified cash and credit tip variance. Only whole numbers can be used, so if you want to show all employees with a higher variance than 4%, simply enter a 4 and the report will be sent with the preference.
