Welcome to the HS Time and Attendance for Managers!
Time and Attendance is a feature in HotSchedules that allows managers to record and edit punch records from your employee's clock-ins and clock-outs, which ensures that payroll generation will be as accurate as possible.
Punch Records can be imported from your POS or from WebClock, or created manually on the site. Once on the site, managers may navigate to Staff > Punch Records to add, edit, or delete punches from the site, and lock pay periods to prevent new edits from being made.
Administrators who have access to the Above-Store Console are able to see reporting on time cards from all of their stores, and generate payroll exports to be processed by their payroll providers.
