Scheduler Updates

Now in the Scheduler, rather than having individual icons displayed to print the Daily and Weekly Rosters, it is accessible under a new dropdown "Reports". Within this dropdown you will then find options to:

• Daily Roster
• Weekly Roster

The icons have been replaced with a "Reports" drop menu. Here you can print the Daily Roster or Weekly Roster.

**In upcoming sprints we'll also be releasing a complete new functionality surrounding Schedule Exceptions. This will be a simplified version of the exception report, summarized for managers to easily review. Stay tuned in the coming releases for this exciting new report!

Weeks Available for Scheduling

This new feature increases the number of weeks in the future a schedule can be generated. Now you can go up to 60 weeks in the future. The previous limit was 16 weeks.

Certifications Override Permission

A new User Permission was added to give specific users at companies with certification integrations the ability to edit integrated certificates at a store level.  Currently integrated certifications are locked if an external reference number exists for the certification. Contact your CSM or the Support team to turn on this permission.

ASC - Group Configuration and Labor Positions

This release will update the Group Configuration and Labor Position ASC pages with translation strings so they can be viewed in the language associated with the ASC user’s selected locale.
