Enhancements

Previously, on 5.49 (12.02.21) release, we added functionality so there is an option to hide costs on the Proforma by Percent report. With this release we have extended this functionality to additional proforma reports. This includes:

• Proforma by GPLH
• Dynamic Proforma
• Proforma by SPLH
• Proforma by LH100

Companies with this setting enabled can expect the following:

Costs will be hidden so that users will not see labor dollar or wage information for employees that have a permission set level the same as or lower than the user. The permission level is configured in the ASC.

Example:

Admin – permission level 1

Manager – permission level 5

Shift Lead – permission level 7

Employee – permission level 10

In this instance, using the permission hierarchy above, a Manager won’t see cost information for another manager or Admin (lower permission level). A manager will see the cost for Shift Lead and Employee permissions because their permission level set in the ASC is higher.
