Pay Exceptions - Add Navigation Arrows

Users now have the ability to switch between pay periods by using the navigation arrows at the top. 

Pay Exceptions - Align Date Picker to Pay Period Type Used by Store

The Pay Exception page is updated so that it defaults to the pay period. Users have the option to review a custom date range, however, it will always reset to the default (pay period).
