Hide Wage Information

Companies that have the setting Hide Costs - Permission Set Hierarchy will now see that costs on both the labor budget and schedule summary report are calculated using only wage information that can be seen by the user viewing the report. This includes adding an additional line of text to the report that links to a window where users can see what permission sets are being excluded from the cost calculations.
