Hide Wage Information

Users that have the hide cost setting enabled for their store will now have costs hidden on the scheduler. The two places affected by this change are the edit shift and add shit modal, where users will now not see cost information for any employee that has a permission set level higher than or the same as their own. For example - this means that a manager would not see cost information for another manager but would see it for an employee.
