New Network Requirements for Integrated Customers

If you are an integrated customer, and your network or security infrastructure currently restricts access for HotSchedules integrations through IP address-based controls, you will need to add new Network Requirements to your security devices. Data Exports - Shift Swaps

We have added another engagement export to access in the ASC. The Shift Swaps export provides information on how timely shift swap requests are being reviewed, and approved or denied, by management.
