Overview
The Schedule Score feature empowers your organization to fine-tune schedule optimization based on your specific business priorities. By assigning weights to key scheduling parameters, you can ensure schedules are aligned with your goals, whether that’s reducing costs, maintaining compliance, or improving resource efficiency.
How to Configure Schedule Score Parameters
- Access the Schedule Score Parameters Page
From the Scheduling menu, select Schedule Score. You’ll be directed to the Schedule Score Parameters page, where you can view and manage your configuration settings.
- Explore the Page Layout
The Schedule Score page serves as your main dashboard, displaying both default parameters and any custom parameters you’ve created.

Custom Parameter Cards – Display active rules in alphabetical order for easy navigation.
- Add a Custom Parameter Set
On the Schedule Score page, click Add Parameter Set to create a new set of custom parameters tailored to your organization’s scheduling needs.
On the Configuration page, you can define how much influence each parameter has on your overall Schedule Score by assigning a value between 0 and 100. This flexibility allows you to prioritize the scheduling factors that matter most to your organization.
The following parameters are currently supported:

Assign Parameters to Stores
Once you’ve configured your custom parameter set, you can assign it to one, multiple, or all stores.
Go to the Assign to Stores tab.
Select the stores where you want this parameter set to apply.
Each Parameter Group Card will display the number of stores currently assigned to that set, helping you track coverage at a glance.
Store Assignment Rules
When assigning parameter sets, keep the following rules in mind:Single Group Assignment: Each store can belong to only one parameter group at a time.
Filter Options: Use the filter to view Assigned, Unassigned, or All stores (the default view is All).
