Release date: 05 June 2025
Labor Main
- Persist Forecast Warning Modal Until Forecast is Complete
To help managers stay on top of forecasting, the warning modal will now continue to appear each time labor is generated if the forecast is incomplete. This keeps visibility front and center, so corrective actions can be taken before moving forward. - Week 40/Day 10 [WI Adult & Minor] Overtime Rule
We’ve added a new overtime rule to support compliance with Wisconsin labor laws. Now, team members under 18 will automatically earn 1.5x their hourly rate if they work more than 10 hours in a single day. The existing 40-hour weekly overtime rule still applies for both adult and minor employees. - Release Shift to Specific Employee (Web & Mobile)
Need to give away a shift? You can now release it directly to a specific coworker, no swap required. Whether it's a full or partial shift, this update makes shift coverage easier, ensures the right person gets it, and reduces the need for manager involvement.

- Set up by customer admin? - N
- Enable via support ticket? - N

Instructions/Screenshots
Previously, the forecast warning might only show up once or behave inconsistently between sessions. Now, it will reliably appear every time labor is generated—until all days are fully forecasted. This ensures you never miss a step and always have the visibility needed to take action. Once your forecast is complete, the warning goes away automatically.
This enhancement is enabled by default, does not require any setup by a customer admin or support ticket, and does not affect any configuration or data. It specifically impacts manager roles.
Week 40/Day 10 [WI Adult & Minor] Overtime Rule

What’s New
This rule introduces a dual-criteria overtime calculation:
Weekly Overtime: Any employee (adult or minor) earns 1.5x their regular rate for hours over 40 in a workweek.
Daily Overtime (Minors Only): Minors (under 18) earn 1.5x their regular rate for hours exceeding 10 in a single business day.
This ensures compliance with Wisconsin’s specific labor laws for minor employees, reducing legal risk and improving payroll accuracy. This enhancement requires a support ticket or a customer admin through the ASC. It does impact configuration and specifically impacts manger and ASC Admin roles.

- Rule will appear in the list with standard “show details” behavior.
