What's Changing?
Event cards have been redesigned to display clear, concise, and legible information whilst retaining event-based colour coding that users rely on to identify the type of event they are managing.
Reason for the Change?
To improve overall user experience.

Release Note Info
The redesign of Event cards incorporates the following:

- Limiting the 'Event Type' colour to just the time slot box
- White background where black text is used for improved legibility
- Labels clearly defined and marked by bold lettering
- Vacancy ID displayed against the vacancy name in collapsed Event view
- Overall clarity in how Event cards are displayed on both Candidate Portal + Admin Portal

Displaying ‘Interviewer’ in Collapsed Event Card view
Before this change, when viewing Event cards in 'collapsed' view, the Interviewer name was not displayed and could sometimes be missed by candidates.

- As shown in Fig.4, the 'Interviewer' name is now displayed in the collapsed Event card view by default
- This will apply to all Event cards on both Admin and Candidate portals

New Filtering when Linking Vacancies to Events

What's Changing?
The 'Assign vacancies to this event' page has been improved to help users find and identify vacancies they want to link to the event they are creating.
Reason for the Change?
Increased ease of use.

Release Note Info
Ten records at a time are now displayed and organised into pages to provide better performance when loading large numbers of vacancies (see Fig.6).

There is now capability to filter the vacancies by:
- Location
- Role
- Following
- Status
- Created By

- To use the filters, navigate to the 'Assign vacancies to this event' page by creating a new event and selecting Save
- Then select the Filter icon in the top-right corner
- Select Add filter to select the filter of choice to add to the filter pane (see Fig.8)

- Select a filter and then select a filter value to update the list of vacancies displayed (see Fig.9)

- To cancel filter selections, use the cancel filter icon as seen in Fig.10 below

New 'Created By' Filter

What's Changing?
A new Created By filter option has been added to the Vacancy page, that can show vacancies created by a specific user.
Reason for the Change?
To make it easier to identify specific groups of vacancies.

Release Note Info
- Go to Vacancies and select the Filter icon to expand the filter pane
- Select Add Filter and then chose Created By from the drop-down list of filter options (see Fig.11)
