What's Changing?

The ability for job seekers to search for vacancies across all brands for multi-brand customers.

Reason for the Change

So that job seekers have quick access to view and apply for vacancies across all customer brands.

Multi-brand customers using ATS.

Release Note Info/Steps

The ability for candidates to view and apply for vacancies across multiple brands is enabled via a setting within Common Features.

Please note: To have this enabled, please submit a request with Fourth.

Once this is done.

• To view vacancies, go to Candidate Portal > Search Vacancies

A message at the bottom of the page asks whether the job seeker can find what they are looking for, and shows the logo for other brands owned by the customer.

By selecting the brand logo, the job seeker will be taken to that brand's candidate home page, where they can view and apply for vacancies.

When re-directed to the other brand's website, all search criteria previously used will be retained, and relevant open vacancies will be displayed.
