ATS Event Page enhancements

What’s Changing?

Several changes have been made to the Event page:

• 'Create New Event' button updated
• New 'Export Events' button within the personal calendar
• 'Number places offered' now displayed on the event card along with places booked

Reason for the Change

To update the look and feel of the Event page and to bring it in line with other Fourth products.

• To access the Event page, go to ATS Administration Portal and select the calendar icon from the top right corner

New 'Create Event' Button

The Create Event button has been updated to make it clearer for users.

New Option to Export all Events for the Month

The Export Events button underneath the calendar now offers a new option to export all events for the whole month.

'Places Offered' Added to Event Card

Within the Event page, any event cards that display for each day will now contain details about:

• The number of slots offered vs available
• The number of slots booked vs available

The information is displayed in a bar format on event cards with the relevant numbers shown against each bar.

• To expand the event card, select the up arrow in the top right corner of the event card (see Fig.5)

Within the expanded event card, the number of places offered vs booked is still displayed, (not in bar format - just the numbers).

The updated Export event button has also been moved within the expanded event card (from bottom right to bottom left).

Updates to the user Interface of the Applicant List within a vacancy.

Reason for the Change

To improve the look and feel of the page and bring it in line with other Fourth products.

Release Notes

• To access the Vacancy dashboard, go to ATS Admin portal > select Brand > ATS > Vacancies > select Vacancy

This page displays each step of the process associated with the vacancy.

• To expand a process to view the applicants, select the process row

The process row will expand to display the details of applicants currently assigned to that step.
