What's Changing?
The Vacancies page will now display all open vacancies by default. Listed vacancies can also be sorted by Location and/or Role.
Reason for the Change
To present candidates with a quick and convenient view of all vacancies - they no longer have to run a search to do so. Ordering by Location and/or role further improves the user experience.

When a candidate goes to the Vacancies page, they will see all open vacancies, rather than having to search first.

- Submit a request with Fourth's support team to have the 'Past applications' section hidden for your candidates
When the setting is applied and a candidate goes to My applications, the page will not display any of the previous vacancies that they applied for and have since closed - as shown in Fig.2.

Before this release, only PDF CVs could be previewed.

Release Notes/Steps
When a candidate applies for a vacancy, their application goes to the 'Application Review' step, where the hiring manager reviews and decides on the next steps.
- Go to ATS > Vacancies and select a Vacancy
- Expand the applications section to show the applicant summary boxes for all candidates who have applied
- To preview a candidate's CV, select the CV button, as shown in Fig.3
A preview of the CV will open in a new tab within the browser - this applies to CVs in .docx and PDF format.
The CV preview can also be seen on a candidate's main Application page.
- To view the main Application page, select the 'process' arrow from within the applicant summary box (Fig.3)

- Then go to the Documents tab and select the View icon, as shown in Fig.4
