Expire with Scheduler Inactivation - Certification Expiration Rule

There is a new certification expiration rule that allows a certification to Expire with Scheduler Inactivation. This new rule will remove an employee from the schedule and prohibit them from being scheduled or picking up shifts once the certificate expires, if the certification is assigned this new rule type. This new rule is an alternative to expiration with inactivation which removes all access to HotSchedules including communication tools in the application. 

Data Exports - Employee Exports 

The All Employees and Active Employees versions of the employee exports under Data Exports have been updated. 

• The All Employees version will include hidden employees and employees without a job.
• The Active Employees version will exclude hidden employees and employees without a job. 
  

Updated Certification API calls with Certification ID 

The API Get and Put methods have been updated to include and accept the Certification IDs that were recently introduced in a previous release.
