Hide From Schedule on Select Reports

The “Hide Schedule From Peers” setting has been expanded to reporting where the new “Exclude Hidden” report detail option removes employees, that have chosen to hide their schedule from peers, before printing a report.

The reports that now have this option are:

• Extended Schedule Report
• Locations Schedule Report
• Schedule Report

Above Store Console - Data Exports

There is a new Data Exports page in the Above Store Console that will give assigned users the ability to access data HotSchedules commonly receives requests for information for.  The export list will grow over time as additional information is made available.  The initial exports that are being made available focus on client and group level settings, as well as employee data.

This tab is available to Above Store Console users with the Employee Data ASC Permission selected.
