Enhancements
Managing Shifts for Changes to Job Effective Dates
For those who utilize job effective dates, changing a job effective date to a later date in history will house any assigned shifts of that job and cancel shifts that are pending a swap or pick up that are scheduled prior to the new effective date.
Employee Info Center to Reference Effective Dates
The Employee Info Center within the Scheduler will reference job effective dates so only active jobs will be displayed.
Jobs Filter to Include Actuals
The filter within the Scheduler will now include jobs that were not scheduled but were actually worked. This will allow for more accurate reporting within the in Scheduler reports.
Health Survey Expanded Widget to Reference Historical Hire Dates
The Health Survey Expanded Widget now only displays employees who have reached or passed their hire date.
The Application of Dates on Health Survey Pages
The Roster, Scheduler, Expanded Widget, and Non-Expanded Widget will now only display survey information for employees on days they completed the health survey. Employees that select No Consent will continue to roll over from day-to-day.
Display Forecasted Hours in Schedule Summary
The Schedule Summary will now include a new row for Forecasted Hours so scheduling managers can quickly review total scheduled vs. forecasted hours.
