There is a setting that will show the preferred name (if they have one) rather than the first name for all employees on the Scheduling tab. This setting impacts how all employees in your Scheduling view will display.
Note: You can enable the preferred name setting on an individual basis on the Staff tab. To learn more about how to edit a user's preferred name and configure this individual setting, please visit this article.
Follow these steps to enable the preferred name display setting on the Scheduling tab:
- From the Scheduling tab, select Menu.
- Click on the Settings subtab.
- Scroll down to Display Settings and check Preferred Name.
- Click Apply to save your changes.
