I recently found out that July is National Ice Cream month which is perfectly fitting based on how much ice cream I’ve eaten in the past few weeks. I can only really think of one way to celebrate: grab a scoop, and enjoy the latest edition of Labor Release notes!

Enhancements

ASC Settings for Health Survey

This feature provides above store configuration of Health Survey access from the Above Store Console. The Default setting allows store-level control under Store Settings*, On and Off will enforce the selection at all stores, turning the Health Survey On or Off at all locations.

*Configuration at the store-level under Store Settings is a feature that has not yet been released but is coming soon - stay tuned to future release notes for more information!

Health Survey Push Notifications to Store Managers

Push notifications will be sent to managers when an employee's health survey responses indicate they may not be safe to work that day. These notifications will be visible to Managers who have access to the Scheduler. 

Expanded Health Survey

We have updated the Expanded Health Survey Widget to display the health survey results of employees that are not scheduled to work so Managers can quickly identify employees that may be able to pick up shifts.

HRID Value added to Scheduled Shift Export

This improvement adds an additional column with the employee’s HRID to the end of the Scheduled Shift Export.  If you are currently importing scheduled shift data into a third party system be sure to update your integration.
