Did you know: Bees tell their friends about nearby flowers by dancing. Once a bee finds a tasty flower, they return to the hive, then dance to tell other members of their colony where to find it.

I propose that we adopt this for humans too. Tried a new restaurant you want to tell your friends about? Just dance out where they can find it and what you recommend they eat!

Forecast Comparison Quick Collapse

Within the Scheduler, you will now be able to collapse items at a more specific level on the Forecast Comparison with new collapse/expand options. This will impact both the Classic View and the Smart View.

Hide Schedule from Peers

This feature has been available since the 5.7 Release but will be live in all HotSchedules sites on June 29th, 2020.

With Hide Schedule from Peers enabled, a manager will be able to select “hide schedule from peers” within a staff member's profile as needed. This will ensure no other non-manager level employees will be able to see that staff member’s schedule. 

This feature will not hide employees from:

• Shift Swaps
• Shift Releases
• Shift Pickup
• Printing of Rosters & Weekly Schedules
