Overview
This article shows how to regain access to the Fourth platform if a user has forgotten their username, password – or both.
The article will cover the options for a standard ESS account, as well as the additional options for the Engage Administrator (applicable to Fourth Engage customers).
For further information on user activation, please see: Fourth Engage - User Activation Experience
Usernames - ESS and End Users
- The username is typically an employee’s personal email address (but not always)
- A forgotten username can often be found in the original ‘welcome’ email
- Or, on the login page, select Forgotten username?
