Overview
As part of new customer branded apps, it is advised for a few checks to be completed ahead of wider deployment. Once access is granted to the platform, these steps can be followed to ensure the system is ready to go live.
This is a full list of available functionality in the solution and may differ from what has been provided to you due to project specifications. These checks are also completed by your Solution Consultant during the project, however, it is advised that customers also validate.

Downloading the app
Apple App Store
- Apple users will not be able to download the app via the standard App Store
- Navigate to the unique URL provided by Fourth
- Log in to the app
- Prompt will appear to download the app
Google Play Store
- Download the app from the Google Play Store
Desktop
- Navigate to the unique URL
- Log in to the app
