If you have forgotten or misplaced your HotSchedules credentials, it is possible to retrieve your username or reset your password from the login page.
Instructions in this article are for users who have previously logged in to HotSchedules. If you have never logged in before, contact your manager and refer them to this article.
If you have tried unsuccessfully to retrieve your own username or reset your password, contact your manager and ask them to follow the instructions in this article.
To retrieve your username or reset your password, you must have an email address linked to your account and be able to access its inbox.

Retrieving your Username
- Go to the HotSchedules login screen - https://www.hotschedules.com/hs/login.jsp
Please note: These instructions are not applicable to the Global Profile login. For Global Profile login, please see HS: Reset your Global Profile Password/Recover Username (Login Issue).

- Select Forgot Username
- Enter the email address linked to your account and select CONTINUE

An error message will display if an email address that is not in the system is entered.
You will soon receive an email that confirms your username.

Resetting your Password
- On the login page, select Forgot Password
- Enter your Username and select CONTINUE

An error message will display if a username that is not in the system is entered.
You will soon receive an email containing a link that can be used to reset your password.
