HS: I forgot my HotSchedules Username or Password

    I have gone in to cha ge my password 3 times and every time I put in new password it says it's wrong or if I say I for I forgot password and put my login name it says user not found

    I'm trying to get my password it says my username is stupido I put it  in but then it says password is wrong or username is wrong and this is the second time it's done this I've already put the username and password in and I used it it worked but now it is saying that even the username or password is wrong and I can't figure it out cuz I use the same password for everything so I don't forget it so I don't know what's going on with you site

    Yeah the same thing happens to me as Ashley I put my password in it says it's wrong if I say I forgot my password and put my login name and it says user not found what's the deal with your site get it fixed
