When an employee, who is either rota paid or included in the rota, has their location changed they will be automatically added to all open rotas from the effective date of the move.
Previously users would be required to manually add an employee to the rota if their location was changed.

Reason for the Change
This change has been made to improve the user experience. This change will save users time as they are no longer required to manually add employees to any existing rotas when their location has been changed.
All People System customers are affected.
