What’s Changing?
A new setting in the Location setup page that allows for the 'Loqate' bank details validator to be disabled for all employees at that Location.
Reason for the Change
Customers who use HR UK to manage their non-UK employee records are currently unable to enter the employee bank details if the Loqate bank details validation is enabled. This is due to the requirement for bank details to be validated before the page is saved.
Customers Affected
All WFM UK customers who use Loqate bank detail validation.

Release Notes
Once released, a new option will be available within the Location set-up page to disable Loqate for all employees at that Location.
To do this:
- Go to HR > Company Admin > Locations and select the required Location
- Tick the box against Disable Loqate Bank Details Validation for this Location
- Save the changes.

Once disabled, the Validate Bank Details button within the bank details page (see Fig.2) will no longer be available (see Fig.3) for employees within that Location.
- To see this, go to HR > search for and select an Employee
- Go to Employee Info > Employment Details, scroll down to the 'Bank Details' section and select/add a Bank Account

Creating New Employees with Bank Details when Loqate is Disabled
When creating employees manually, there will be no option to validate bank details for any employee who is assigned to the Location for their main employment.
If employees are created via the UK Employee API, when sending the details to the HR module, the API will not validate the bank details sent when creating the employee.
