Employees to retain access to WFM UK on final day of employment
Terminated employees will retain access to WFM UK and connected apps on their final day of employment

Access to WFM UK and connected apps will remain active for the final day of employees' employment.
Reason for the Change
To ensure that employees are able to carry out normal duties on their last day.
All WFM UK customers.
Currently, in the early hours of the last day of their employment, employees' access to WFM UK and any Single Sign-On (SSO)-connected apps within Engage is removed. This will now happen at the very end of that last day.
Employees will remain active in the HR and Rotas modules on their last day of employment.
If an employee's termination date is:
- In the past - they will lose access immediately
- Today - they will lose access at the end of the day (23:59)
- In the future - they will lose access at the end of their final day of employment
Remove ESS Profile
If an employee is terminated with a reason flagged with the option to Remove Employees ESS Profile?, they will lose access immediately.
Leaver Access to Engage
All leavers have a grace period of 90 days (default) to access their payslips, P45 and other documents. More information about the grace period can be found here: ESS Mobile Release Note: Leavers' Access (UK)
