Enhancements
Weighted Overtime Update
The formula for calculating OT rates for users who work multiple jobs in a pay period has been updated to:
( ( Job 1 Hrs * Job 1 Rate ) + ( Job 2 Hrs * Job 2 rate ) + Service Charge Tips) / Total Hours worked for the week = Blended Rate/2 = Overtime Value
In the formula above, "Overtime Value" is added to each assigned job rates, generating a unique OT rate for each job worked. This is the main difference from how this feature used to work. Previously, the same OT rate would be applied to all jobs worked. If a job rate is below the minimum wage, The minimum wage will be used instead when calculating the blended rate.
