Did you know Memorial Day was called Decoration Day? The holiday was celebrated by “decorating” the graves of fallen soldiers with flowers, flags, and more. Over time, it became known as Memorial Day. Let's take a moment to remember and honor those who had fallen serving the U.S. armed forces. 

Now, let's take a look at the improvements we have for you.

Enhancements

Thanks to customer feedback, we added the Employee Attributes in the Scheduler Roster. With this update, you will be able to quickly identify employees who are Borrowed, Minors, have a Note or are in the Voluntary Standby List.

For sites that are using Employee Management and are configured to use shared employees; we have the following improvements:

Borrowed employees will be hidden from the employee dropdown in the Manage Time Off page.

If you are a borrowed employee, you won't see the time off options in your non-home store. You will only see it in your home store. However, if your site is configured to use Request ON/OFF, you will be able to see it as a borrowed employee.

Mobile Enhancements

You will be able to see your total scheduled hours in My Schedule screen. This will be available in both iOS and Android, as well as the web application.

The improvement for the total hour calculation in the Roster when using the Mobile Edits feature, it's now also available for Android users. The first number will be the total hours for the shift (A). The Second number will be actual hours worked plus remaining scheduled hours (B).
