Generate a Weekly Roster
Generate or print the roster for the selected week. The Weekly Roster provides a full-week view of employee schedules, including scheduled meal and break times, allowing managers to review this information without checking each day individually in the Daily Roster.
Each shift entry displays the scheduled meal and break times alongside the shift's start and end time. If an employee works multiple jobs on the same day, a separate entry is displayed for each job within that day's cell.
To generate a Weekly Roster:
- Navigate to Scheduler > Reports.
- Select Weekly Roster.
- Select the week you want to review. The report defaults to the current week.
- If needed, filter the report by:
- Day
- Schedule
- Job
- Labor Position, when enabled for the location
- Review the Weekly Roster.
- Select Print to PDF or Export to CSV to export the report.
Note: The Weekly Roster displays scheduled meal and break information. It does not change how meals or breaks are configured or scheduled and does not identify missed or late breaks.
