HotSchedules rules and configuration engine has many “out of the box” overtime calculations as well as the ability to configure various meal, break, special pay, and minor labor law alerts. Recently, we have introduced several new features that address the different challenges found when managing predictive/secure scheduling legislation in a number of states.
Our goal is to provide all the tools necessary to the customer to apply their internal policies as well as their interpretations of the various state and federal laws.
