The date-of-birth field is now required when setting up a new account on mobile devices.
Auto Pick Up & Release Improvements
Android and iOS users have always been able to automatically release shifts and/or pick them up, but now they can do so up to 30 days (including the current day) in advance.
Forgot Username for Multistore Users
iOS multistore users who have confirmed their email addresses no longer have to call Customer Care to retrieve a forgotten username. By clicking Forgot Username on the login screen of their app, they will be given a list of stores where their email address is confirmed. After selecting the necessary store, they will receive an email with the respected username. This feature will be available for Android users in a future Release.
New Features & Improvements | API
GetSchedulev4 API Endpoint
A new getSchedulev4 API endpoint is now available which includes meals and breaks applied to a shift using the Meal and Break Planning tool in the Scheduler.
New Features & Improvements | Web
Required Email Address for First Time Users
The Email Address field for users setting up their account on the web is now required.
Blocked Day Parts to Blocked Time Range
As a customer transitioning to Time Off by Range, any blocked days you had set while on Day Parts will seamlessly transition to the new format. For example, if your Day Parts were set from 4:00am - 4:00pm and 4:00pm - 4:00am, and you had a blocked PM slot on March 17th, your new blocked day will still display for March 17th, but will specify that it is for 4:00pm - 4:00am. If you had both Day Parts of March 17th blocked, then the entire day will be blocked when you transition to Time Off by Range.
