FA I PSA I Discrepancies Between Analytics and HS Data Export
Description
An issue was identified where Analytics is reporting different forecast sales and scheduled hours compared to the HS Daily Details report. This variance impacts data accuracy for forecast sales and scheduling hours.
Resolution
The discrepancy was traced to the LabourTrans export not accounting for shifts starting in one week and running into the next, causing discrepancies in reported hours. This issue has been corrected, ensuring synchronization between Analytics and HS reports.
Customers Affected
Customers with Analytics and HS Integration.
FA I HS BOH Labor Hours Not Updating to Analytics
Description
Discrepancies were identified between HotSchedules (HS) and Fourth Analytics (FA) labor hours for a specific site during the week of November 11th to November 17th. FA reported higher BOH labor hours compared to HS, indicating issues in the LabourTrans data updates.
Resolution
The root cause was identified as a failure to send the full snapshot file for LabourTrans data due to missing delta settings.
Customers Affected
This defect impacted customers with Fourth Analytics and HotSchedules.
Pending Pay exception Won't Save as Voluntary
Description
A front-end bug was identified where pay exceptions saved as "Voluntary" revert to "Pending" after navigating away from the page. This impacts the usability of the Pay Exceptions feature and causes data persistence issues.
Resolution
The issue was caused by a system check that compares data in the wrong order, making it think the saved status wasn't correct. The fix ensures the data is sorted properly before checking, so the system accurately recognizes and displays pay exceptions as "Voluntary" after they are saved.
Customers Affected
Managers with the ability to view pay exceptions.
