What's Changing?
The Labor Budget tab now included distinct rows for Scheduled Salary and Scheduled Hourly labor, offering a clearer breakdown on labor costs:
- Scheduled Hourly: The existing Scheduled row has been relabeled to reflect hourly labor.
- Scheduled Salary: A new row that displays salaried labor costs, even if salaried employees are not scheduled.
- Projected Total: The Projected row has been renamed to represent the combined costs of salaried and hourly labor.
These updates apply to the Labor Percent, Labor Hours, and Labor Cost views, ensuring accurate variance calculations and compliance with the Perm Set view pay hierarchy.

This enhancement provides a comprehensive and transparent view of labor costs, helping users better manage and analyze labor expenses for both salaried and hourly employees.

WebClock- Job Effective Date Check

What's Changing?
WebClock now includes a job effective date validation to prevent employees from clocking in for jobs that have not yet started. If the current date if before the job's start date, the job will not be available for clock-in.
This change is only applicable when TA_ADVANCED is enabled and ensures that employees are only able to clock in for jobs they are currently assigned. Employees can still be scheduled for future jobs without restriction.
Reason for the Change
This update reduces payroll and scheduling discrepancies by ensuring employees only clock in for jobs that have already started, improving scheduling accuracy and payroll integrity.

Release Note Info/Steps
To validate this feature:
- Clock in using WebClock
- Ensure that jobs with future start dates are not available for clock-in. In this case Floor Host is not available in the drop-down menu since the effective date is in the future.
