Punch Period Locking at Incorrect Time

Description

The Punch Period Lock functionality was locking at a time different from the set time due to big time zone differences not being considered for different locations. This issue caused the lock to trigger either earlier or later than expected, affecting users in locations with varying time zones. 

Resolution

The bug has been fixed by updating the logic to account for all time zone differences, ensuring that the Punch Period Lock occurs at the correct time based on each location's designated time zone. 

Customers Affected

This fix impacts customers with multiple locations across different time zones who use the Punch Period Lock functionality. These customers will now experience the intended locking behavior, with no further manual adjustments required.
