[AND] Unintended Schedule Visibility in "Everyone Else" View
Description
In the "Everyone Else" view within the HotSchedule mobile application, employees could see others who were not on the same schedule. For example, Back of House (BOH) employees were able to view both BOH and From of House (FOH) employees, contrary to expected behaviors where employees should only see colleagues assigned to their same schedule.
Resolution
This defect has been resolved so that the "Everyone Else" view now limits visibility to only those employees who share the same schedule.
Customers Affected
Android mobile employees.
Difference in scheduled hours - House Shift Manager Cont.
Description
An issue was identified where scheduled hours in Analytics did not match those in HotSchedules due to a discrepancy in meal period deductions.
Resolution
The LabourTrans export has been updated to ensure that meal periods are deducted from scheduled hours, aligning HS and Analytics data. This update applies to stores with "Apply Meals/Breaks to Shifts" enables and ensures reporting accuracy between HS and Analytics.
Customers Affected
Analytics customers leveraging LabourTrans export with "Apply Meals/Breaks to Shifts" enabled.
