What's Changing?
The Exceptions report is now available as part of the ASC Data Exports, enabling HR Admins to pull exceptions at the enterprise level, including multiple locations and larger date ranges. The report can now be run for one of all locations, and up to 365 days, without requiring assistance from HotSchedules Support.
Key updates include:
- HR ID and POS ID fields are added to both the report and export.
- Added Schedule Exception for Availability to Data export in ASC. Report can pull data for up to 365 days at a time. Can be run for one or all locations.
- Date formatting updated to match the i18n locale (e.g. no longer defaulting to yyyy-mm-dd).
- Removed gating of Pay exceptions permission so the report is available for any customer with the correct permission.
Reason for the Change
This enhancement allows HR and compliance teams to quickly access wage and hour claim data across multiple locations without needing manual intervention.

The Schedule exceptions report can now be accessed in the ASC Data Exports menu:
- Navigate to Data Exports> Schedule Exceptions in the ASC
- Choose one or all locations and a date range up to 365 days.
- Select Generate Report

What's Changing?
Admins can now bulk add or remove permissions across multiple or all permission sets within a group or across groups in the ASC. This greatly enhances usability by eliminating the need to manually modify each permission set individually.
Reason for the Change
This update improves usability by allowing admins to manage permissions more efficiently, especially when new permissions are added.

To bulk add or remove permission in ASC:

- Log into the ASC> Navigate to Configure> HS Permissions Sets> Select ACTIONS
- Use the new bulk actions to add, copy, or edit permissions across multiple/ all permissions within the group or across groups.
