HS LabourTrans File Taking Too Long to Execute
Description
The LabourTrans file to Fourth Analytics was taking an excessively long time to execute, with processing times reaching up to 4 hours. This was causing delays and frustration for customers.
Resolution
The system was optimized by replacing an inefficient string manipulation function (split) with a more efficient one (substring). This reduced the LabourTrans file generation time from approximately 3.5 hours to just 10 minutes, significantly improving performance.

HA APP I Approval Page Doesn't Load for Managers or Admin
Description
The Approval page in the HotSchdules app fails to load for both iOS and Android users. Despite clearing the app cache and using different devices, the page continues to load indefinitely. However, the Approval page works correctly when accessed via desktop or for other site locations linked to the same account.
Resolution
The system has been optimized by identifying and fixing inefficient data loading processes related to shared employees and meal breaks. These improvements are expected to result in response time improvement, allowing the Approval page to load correctly within the app.

HS I House Shift Manager
Description
A bug in the House Shift Manager causes the screen to scroll back to the start of the week after a shift is assigned. instead of staying on the day where the shift was dragged and dropped, the system reverts to the first day of the week, making it difficult for users to continue scheduling efficiently.
Resolution
The system behavior was updated to ensure that after a shift is dragged and assigned in the House Shift Manager, the view remains on the court day being worked on, improving the suer experience by preventing unnecessary strolling.

FA I PSA I Revtrans Export Generating Incorrect Forecast Values
Description
A bug in the RevTrans export process caused incorrect data to be generated. Specifically, revenue center forecast values that were changed to zero were not being reflected in the exported file. The export showed incorrect sums, leading to discrepancies between the forecast values in the UI and those in the exported data.
Resolution
The system was updated to correctly apply adjustments across revenue centers.
