ASC HS Message Retrieval- Add Year Picker to Calendar

What's Changing?
The existing calendar date picker for the ASC HS Message Retrieval has been replaces with separate start and End date fields. Users can now directly input dates or select them from the picker, allowing quicker and more flexible navigation through message history.
Reason for the Change
To provide a more efficient and user-friendly wat to retrieve messages by enabling the ability to input date ranges manually, reducing time spent on navigation.

What's Changing?
Employees will now receive push notifications for newly available House Shifts and employee-released shifts. Scheduling managers and employees will also get notification when shifts are releases, ensuring quick visibility and action.

To improve visibility for employees about available shifts and released shifts, enabling quicker responses and better schedule management.

Release Note Info/Steps
- Employees will receive push notifications and HS Messages for newly available House Shifts and released shifts.
- Notifications will only be sent to employees who meet the required job/labor position and do not violate minor rules.
- Scheduling managers will receive notifications for pending release shifts.
- New view and tagging options for shift details include "Release Pending," "Overtime," and "Pending Consent".
- The system will automatically send push notification for approved time off, terminations, and job removal scenarios.

What's Changing?
The mobile app will default mapping between job and schedule when creating or editing shifts, aligning with the behavior of the web app. Previously, shifts created from the mobile app did not default to the correct job and scheduling mapping, which could lead to incorrect shift assignments.
Reason for the Change
This update ensures consistency across web and mobile.

Release Note Info/Steps
When creating or editing shifts via the mobile app, the app will now automatically apply the correct job and scheduling mapping. For example, when the job "Cook" is selected, the app will default to the corresponding schedule, such as "Kitchen".
