Incorrect Primary Job Assignment
Description
When an employee's job code is removed in HotSchedules all scheduled labor for that day, except for that employee, was incorrectly removed from the Labor Dashboard. This issue resulted in the Labor Dashboard displaying no scheduled labor, even though employees were scheduled.
Resolution
The defect has been resolved. Now, removing a job code from an employee will no longer incorrectly remove scheduled labor for other employees from the Labor Dashboard.
Customers Affected
Customers using the Labor Dashboard who modify employee job codes may have experienced inaccurate scheduled labor data.
Projected Line in Labor Budget KPI Not Calculating Correctly
Description
The Projected Labor Budget KPI in the Scheduler was incorrectly inflating totals when setting the salary pay type using the setEmpv3 API.
Resolution
The issue has been resolved. customers utilizing the setEmpV3 API to set salary as a pay type will now see accurate data reflected in the Labor Budget tab within the scheduler.

All customers utilizing the setempV3 API to configure the Salaried Pay Type and leveraging the Labor Budget KPI within the Scheduler.
