Punch Records Export- Add Override and Reviewed By

What's Changing?

The Punch Records Change History Report will now include override information and a "Reviewed By" column in both the visual report and the .csv file. 

Reason for the Change

To enhance the Punch Records export functionality. This change merges the "Override By" data info the "Modified By" column and adds a new "Reviewed By" column to the .csv. These updates ensure that any override actions via the WebClock, along with manager comments, are accurately captured and reflected in the reports.

All customers using Punch records.

Released shift- Scheduler - filter option

What's Changing?

A new filter option has been added to the Scheduler, allowing scheduling managers to view only employees with released shifts. 

Reason for the Change

The addition of this filter enhances usability by giving scheduling managers a streamline tool to efficiently manage and view released shifts. This change is designed to improve the overall shift management process, making it easier to focus on pending shifts that need attention.

Release Note Info/Steps

To access the filter, navigate to the home screen, select "Scheduling," then choose "Filter" and check the box for "Show Employees with Released Shifts." This will display only those employees on the Scheduling screen.

What's Changing?

The Scheduler and Daily Roaster Report have been enhanced to display text note, "Released - Pending pick up" for released shifts. 

Reason for the Change

This enhancement is designed to give scheduling managers more context within the Scheduler and Daily Roster Report, making it easier to understand the status and details of each released shift.

Mobile- My Schedule Refresh

What's Changing?

On August 27th, Mobile Schedule will get a major update with version 5.0 of the app, featuring a modernized interface and improved usability, ensuring consistency between iOS and Android. 

Reason for the Change

The new interface reduces clicks for key actions, resolves platform discrepancies, and improves clarity for users workers at multiple locations. 

Customers Affected

Users with iOS 16.1 or Android 5+ can access the update. Older devices need to upgrade to enjoy the new features.
