Username and Password Mobile Phone Recovery

What's Changing?
Users can now retrieve their username and or reset their password using the mobile number associated with their account.
Reason for the Change
To streamline the ability for users to reset their password by giving them another avenue to reset their password as well as to minimize the need to contact Customer Support for assistance. Users can now retrieve their user name and reset their password by entering their associated mobile number. Users will receive a rest link via SMS to their mobile phone. When a password is reset, users will automatically logged out of the HotSchedules mobile app if they are currently logged in.
Customers Affected
All customers not logging in via Fourth Account (formerly Global Profile).
Release Note Info/Steps
Clicking "Forgot Username" now provides the option to retrieve and receive the username via mobile phone. If the phone number is associated with multiple accounts, the suer can select the specific account (company) for which they want to retrieve the username.
Clicking "Forgot Password" now offers the option to receive a reset link via mobile phone. Note that the username must be known, if the username is associated with an active account, the reset link can be sent to either the email address or the mobile number linked to the account. If the mobile number is selected, an SMS message with a reset link will be sent. The link is valid for 24 hours. After the password is reset, the account will be automatically logged out of the HotSchedules mobile app.

To assist managers with daily labor management, the estimated labor percentage has been added to the HotSchedules Labor Dashboard.
Customers Affected
Only customers using the HotSchedules Labor Dashboard.
Release Note Info/Steps
The estimated labor percentage is calculated by dividing the estimated labor dollars by the projected sales for the day and multiplying by 100.
