- Roles affected: - All users with access to the scheduler and new permission "read only"
What's Changing?
A read only access to scheduler.
Reason for the Change
Users in a location may be key holders and need access to reports from the scheduler such as the daily roster report. Release Note Info/Steps

When a user has Read Only access, they will NOT be able to:
- Add, Edit or Delete Shifts
- Access the tools tab of the menu (that includes Auto Schedule, Copy, Templates, etc.)
- Access the employee information by clicking on the employee name
When a user has Read Only access, they will be able to:
- View the scheduler in Classic or Smart Mode
- Access reports (Daily Roster, Weekly Roster, Exceptions Report)
- Filter and set their own scheduler view settings
- View KPI tabs at the bottom of the scheduler (House Shift Manager, Schedule Summery, Positions, etc.)
