What's Changing?

A Store Scheduled vs Actual option has been added to the list of available exports in the Above Store Console under Data Exports. 

Reason for the Change

The Store Scheduled vs Actual export consolidates data that would typically require retrieval from multiple reports when reviewing information related to a Fair Workweek claim. This export serves as a comprehensive resource, providing users with various crucial pieces of data in one place.

Included in the export are:

• The initial schedule: This indicates the original schedule assigned to employees.
• Shift modifications: Any changes made to scheduled shifts, such as adjustments in timing or duration.
• Actual worked shift: Details on the shifts actually worked by employees, reflecting any deviations from the initial schedule.
• Consent and acknowledgment actions: Information regarding employee consent actions, particularly relevant for Fair Workweek compliance.
• Voluntary standby list status: Indicates the status of employees on the voluntary standby list, if applicable.
• Pay exceptions: Any exceptions in pay that may have occurred during the export duration provide insights into payroll discrepancies or irregularities.

By consolidating this information into a single export, users can efficiently review and analyze data pertinent to Fair Workweek claims without the need to navigate through multiple reports. Store Scheduled vs Actual is available under Data Exports in the Above Store Console.  Users can generate the export for a single store for a defined date range and will receive the export via email.

Add WebClock Pre-Consent to Consent and Acknowledgement Report

• Roles affected: - Only WebClock clients with Fair Work Week Consent enabled. 

What's Changing?

Employee Pre-Consent actions have been added to the Consent and Acknowledgement Report.

Reason for the Change

The reason for the change is to provide consumers of the Consent and Acknowledgment report with a more comprehensive understanding of the consent actions undertaken by the employee. Additionally, it aims to clarify whether the employee agreed to work additional hours before commencing their shift. By implementing this change, stakeholders will have access to a more thorough depiction of the employee's consent history and their agreement to work additional hours, enhancing transparency and compliance within the organization.

Customers Affected

Only customers using WebClock and Pre-Consent for Additional Hours.

Release Note Info/Steps

The change involves integrating the employees' responses regarding their consent to work additional hours at the time of clock-in via the HotSchedules WebClock into the Consent and Acknowledgment Report. This means that the report will now include information on whether the employee agreed or disagreed to work additional hours when they clocked in.

Additionally, a Pre-Consent filter has been added to the report, allowing users to limit the display to actions specifically related to Pre-Consent. This filter enables users to focus on pre-consent-related activities, streamlining the report and making it easier to access relevant information. Overall, these enhancements enhance the report's functionality and provide users with a more detailed and tailored view of employee consent actions.
