Resolved an issue where Shift Leader could view, but not approve, time off requests on the Teams App.

PTO Cut Off Rules Not Properly Enforced on iOS
Description
Resolved an issue on iOS where PTO cut off limit was not properly enforced. If the cut off was set to two weeks, days in the week where the 14th day occurred could be selected.
