Overview
The final step to creating a schedule is to post it so your employees are able to view their shifts. This article covers the steps of posting and unposting schedules.

Posting
- Navigate to the Scheduling page

- Select the week you would like to post
The POST button is located in the upper, right-hand corner of the page and will contain a numbered badge icon based on the number of schedules that need to be posted for that week.
- Select the POST button
- A pop-up window will display the available schedules that can be posted, select which schedules you want to post
- Select Post

Unposting
- Navigate to the Scheduling page

- Select the week you would like to unpost
- From the Menu, select Unpost Schedule
- A pop-up window will display the available schedules that can be posted, select which schedules you want to unpost
- Select Unpost
- A pop-up window will display promoting that the selected schedules will be unposted, select Yes to unpost
