HS Scheduling: Posting and Unposting Schedules

Overview

The final step to creating a schedule is to post it so your employees are able to view their shifts. This article covers the steps of posting and unposting schedules.

Posting

• Navigate to the Scheduling page

• Select the week you would like to post

The POST button is located in the upper, right-hand corner of the page and will contain a numbered badge icon based on the number of schedules that need to be posted for that week.

• Select the POST button
• A pop-up window will display the available schedules that can be posted, select which schedules you want to post
• Select Post

Unposting

• Navigate to the Scheduling page

• Select the week you would like to unpost
• From the Menu, select Unpost Schedule
• A pop-up window will display the available schedules that can be posted, select which schedules you want to unpost
• Select Unpost
• A pop-up window will display promoting that the selected schedules will be unposted, select Yes to unpost
