HS Scheduling: Location Rotation Overview

In HotSchedules, users have the ability to copy a schedule and rotate the sections that have been assigned from week to week. This is known as location rotation. In order to use location rotation you will need to know/confirm a couple of things:

• Your site must have locations (these can be considered sections) set up on HotSchedules. You can learn more about adding and editing locations here. 
• Shifts will only rotate if they are on the same day, have the same job, and fall within the same day part. 
• There are two types of rotations. Standard and Custom.
